ABSTRACT
The part of a laser processing system that directs the beam to the target after it leaves the laser head is the beam delivery system. Its components include masks, turning mirrors, attenuators, želd lenses, focusing lenses, scanning lenses, scanning mirrors, beam splitters, and imaging lenses that manipulate and shape the beam, and the optical chamber that holds these devices. Other devices are used to measure a beam’s output power and beam prožle.
