“Moving the Needle” by Executing with Lean/Six Sigma

This chapter is both exciting and fun. In this chapter we make improvements. We get out of the business of making pretty charts and start implementing and executing the strategy that we’ve been discussing for the last 12 chapters. This is where we see a difference-where we see the metrics improve. We start with the task list that we developed in the fourth column of the strategy map (highlighted in Figure 13.1).
