Improve an Organization’s Ability to Do Systems Engineering and Architecting

This chapter recommends an approach to improve both the processes and performance of an organization’s systems engineering or architecting. The chapter presents surveys that can be used to gather data to determine where best to concentrate improvement efforts at a point in a program.
