ABSTRACT

A New Mind-Set When I work with organizations and leaders, the next question is always: What do we do now? How does all this translate into a program of new action? In the case of organizations that are already well into the changes I’ve described here and who may now be in danger of foundering in the weeds, the question is more: How do I get back or stay on track? How do I know if I’m getting where I need to go and whether a course correction is necessary?
