ABSTRACT
The possibility of producing large quantities of high fi delity hepatocytes from hPSCs could represent a major development not only for regenerative medicine but also for drug development. Nevertheless, major challenges need to be resolved before envisaging the use of such hPSCs derived hepatocytes in vitro or in vivo.
