ABSTRACT
Data extraction is the most crucial step in any resource conservation activity. If the data for carrying out an analysis are wrongly extracted, we might end up synthesizing a suboptimum resource conservation network (RCN). Hence, the data extraction strategies in this chapter supersede various insight-based and optimization approaches for the rest of the chapters in this book.
