This chapter positions the project manager in the role of the leader. The role and responsibility as a manager and leader of projects set the foundation for the project manager’s framework.
The major “soft” skills of leadership and motivation are explained in detail, from which the reader can ascertain how best to create and maintain a dynamic, high-performing project team.
