ABSTRACT
Interactions of radiations such as photons, electrons, and ions with matter are almost known, and quantitative data such as cross sections, energy transfers, energy spectra, and angular distributions are available for each interaction. A computer program is constructed combining these fundamental data. In this chapter, some basic knowledge of Monte Carlo programming for photons and electrons is described.
