ABSTRACT

We have come to the point where knowledge and ideology translate into practice. The previous chapters have provided the fundamental and advanced principles of pre-employment investigations as well as a framework and structure to develop the investigation upon. This chapter brieŽy examines the past and current issues and attempts to forecast future issues and trends in the process. Also included are some recommendations for long-term strategic change to the process in order to improve the quality of investigations that translates into the quality of our new hires and, consequently, the quality of our organizations.
