ABSTRACT
Modern ICT uses hybridization of computer networks, Internet, databases, protocols, browsers, search engines, programming languages, and other tools along with variety of agents for different tasks. It is not wrong to state that another virtual world exists in parallel on the World Wide Web (WWW), also known as the Web.
