ABSTRACT
The process of IR, regardless of its categories, is divided into three main phases, namely (i) search, (ii) selection, and (iii) presentation of collected information. For efŽcient IR, these three basic components must be strengthened. Search is deŽned as an activity to look/locate for something. Many times the search is considered as an IR.
