ABSTRACT
The pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) is a semi-solid type material which exhibits opposite behaviors: solid-like and liquid-like. The former gives high resistance strength in the debonding process and dimension stability in the store process while the latter contributes to wet the surface in the bonding process.
