ABSTRACT
Growing up, one of my favorite hobbies was aquariums, both freshwater and saltwater. Residents in my home tanks have ranged from the common goldfish and angel fish, to the dangerous piranhas, exotic moray eels, and even an octopus. I have observed several relationships within the aquarium ecosystem-some amicable, while others predatory-but one of the most beautiful relationships observed in a saltwater aquarium is the one between a clown fish and a sea anemone. The clown fish and the sea anemone have a symbiotic relationship.
