ABSTRACT

Many criminal defense lawyers, regardless of what you might think about them, are brilliant. ese guys (and gals) know the law and look for the smallest of loopholes to build a defense for their clients’ innocence and save them from guilty verdicts. In this chapter, we are the defense for the approach. We will build a strong case that the organization will sit up and listen to, a strong case that will •rmly and conclusively establish that the organization needs to embark on a business process improvement (BPI) project.
