ABSTRACT
When learning to read, many start with the Roman alphabet-ABC. When engaging an organization, we start with the review or development of vision, goals, and objectives. Business process improvement (BPI) takes place within an organization and must be cemented within that context. At the end of this chapter, the team will be able to review or develop the organization’s vision, goals, objectives; perform a gap analysis; and develop an action plan for the organization.
