Background As an organization moves forward to achieve its vision and goals, it plans, prioritizes, and a¦ects actions. Some old ways will no longer serve the new purpose. Existing resources may need to be bolstered or replaced to drive the new e¦orts. Changes will be made to the things that are done, how they are done, and ultimately who does them.
