ABSTRACT
Dan Lafever, information services quality manager and one of the strongest Kaizeneers at Franciscan, has integrated Kaizen throughout his life. Dan sees opportunities so frequently that he now gifts others with his thoughts and ideas in what he calls “random acts of Kaizen.”
