A number of guidelines have been developed to support a project manager’s work. “ese guidelines brie¦y describe how projects should be controlled. One of the guidelines is PMBOK®, published by PMI. Project managers work with a project management process and knowledge areas such as time, cost, uncertainties, procurement, etc.
