ABSTRACT
Points from this program are imported into the geographic information system (GIS) with the same geographic reference speci¢cations as for the previous points in Lackawanna County. Figure 12.2 shows the resulting locality layer of point positions, with the previous Lackawanna County point positions being shown as squares. Points external to the tricounty area remain to be clipped.
