ABSTRACT
This study is important because of its comprehensiveness; such analyses are not cornmoo or publicly available. Furthermore, the operation was small in anunglamorous basicindustry, which shows that it is not necessary to be large or especially sophisticated to achieve significaot benefits. Indeed, the site did not employ aoy professional engioeers - all changes were implemented by maintenance personnel, supervisors, vendors, and employees.
