ABSTRACT
In this closing chapter, we illustrate how models can be used in a deductive way as a tool for prediction, by using simulations designed to explore the response of the system under different scenarios. Statistical decision theory is used as a natural extension of the Bayesian paradigm that we relied on throughout the book.
