ABSTRACT

Introduction Today, more than at any other time, two critical facts can be observed with fear. One is that organizations are absolutely based on data; the other is that data are very insecure, regardless if they are in transit or in storage. Considering these two facts, we need to break down the concept of secure organization into subcomponents that can collectively provide the necessary infastructure for confidentiality, integrity, and availability, which is necessary for successful intra-and inter-organizational operations.
