ABSTRACT
The first thing he did when he got to the office was to send Chris an e-mail announcing that he had finished his exercise. Now it was Chris’ turn to critique his work and explain the way Housholder operated. After sending the e-mail, he headed down the hall to the copy room where the coffee pot was located. As he walked through the department, he noticed that there were not many staff members around. After pouring himself a cup of coffee, he checked to see if there was any mail in his mail slot on the far wall of the copy room and then headed back to his cubicle. That’s when he noticed the conference room.
