ABSTRACT
Each year a vast sum of money is spent to produce various types of equipment for use in the mining sector around the globe. Today, the type of equipment used in the mining sector has come a long way since man rst used tools made of int and bone to extract ores from the Earth. Some examples of the type of equipment used in the mining sector are hoist controllers, crushers, dragline excavators, haul trucks, and mine carts.
