A reporter named Kevin Brady wrote an online article titled “Dropped Cell Phone Leads to Arrest of Valrico Walgreens Robbery Suspect.” A person who allegedly did a robbery drops the phone and takes some syringes. The police are called and they call the last person in the call log. Brady writes, “On ”nding the phone, deputies called the last numbers that the suspect had called and reached a TECO auditor, who was at the suspect’s home, at 509 Holiday Terrace, conducting an electrical audit. The TECO auditor reportedly told deputies he saw Rodriquez running into the house, which was shortly after the robbery” [1]. This is interesting because it shows how a cell phone is useful in a police investigation.
