ABSTRACT
In the previous chapter, we introduced the semiconductor materials and typical fabrication processes of non-crystalline semiconductor based thin film transistors (TFTs). From this point on, whenever we mention TFT, we automatically imply that it is based on non-crystalline semiconductors.
