Total Integrated Development of GBM—Policy and Implementation

We argued for a revolutionary concept of societal-environmental systems management. Second, we argued for an integrated perspective of development of the GBM basin over time and space, irrespective of the political boundaries, in terms of which implementation plan has to be worked out. We spell out these proposals briefly.
