We have removed all reference to toughened glass in this issue due to the ever present risk of nickel sulphide inclusions. Consultation with mechanical services engineers is encouraged to ensure Part L compliance and user comfort criteria are understood, i.e. when to use high performance coated glass and when to add in external shading.
