ABSTRACT
In March 2003, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) developed the Airport Watch Program. The goals of the Airport Watch Program were to enhance security at general aviation airports, to aid in the prevention and reduction of crime in the general aviation community, and to prevent mandated security regulations from the Transportation Security Administration.
