ABSTRACT
Depending on the organization and its context, there are many ways to organize an effective execution of the chosen plan. From our experience, it is fundamental to create a steering committee (or governing committee, as one managing director we used to advise called it) and a coordination group who will be responsible for the reporting of the execution progress to the steering committee (as seen in Figure 9.1).
