ABSTRACT
The high power dissipation encountered in the current era of electronic equipment usually requires forced air cooling. However, the ultra-simplistic nature of a natural convection cooling system without failure-prone electric fans or even the plumbing associated with liquid cooling sometimes makes natural convection a viable choice, but of course only if the heat dissipation is of modest value.
