ABSTRACT

Practically, cars equipped a navigation system with Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) are on the increase. This means drivers can obtain useful information. On the other hand, they are also in the misgiving condition of excessive visual information in their driving by these instruments. To avoid this condition, a device that displays primary visual information in front of a driver has been developed. The device names Head Up Display (HUD), which was born in the field of aeronautics and applied it to cars. It is typical instruments for safety to decrease unnecessary eye movement to check information

through devices. The present study examined the location of devices and the quantity of information

influence on eye movements in the act of driving.
