ABSTRACT

A reoccurring theme in Toyota Production System is the importance of the organization working to one system. The purpose of regulation in systems is to get back to a predetermined condition to maximize its chances of survival and growth. The purpose of regulation in systems is to get back to a predetermined condition to maximize its chances of survival and growth. The type of regulation that is used in organizations dramatically influences their state and ability to reach equilibrium. Open systems are influenced by external conditions, which means the types of regulation used to keep them in dynamic equilibrium are generally more advanced. The discipline of thermodynamics is a field in mechanical engineering that uses these classifications to simplify how a system works when it interacts with its environment. Thermodynamics is concerned with various forms of energy that can be described in terms of a system’s change in volume or work.
