They were just ten weeks away from the Trail Gripper launch. Although they were coming down to the wire, no one was panicking-a different experience for a project of this magnitude. Pete was confident that they were going to achieve vertical start-up, as targeted. They just had a few more phases to go before full production launch: production testing the equipment and processes, and taking the broader team through training and start-up activities.
