ABSTRACT
The study of kinematics analysis (mainly velocities and accelerations) is rather important for the design engineer. Although the driving member of a mechanism usually rotates at a constant angular speed, other members have acceleration. Accordingly, inertia forces impose additional forces on the members. These forces become serious especially in high-speed machinery and must be considered in the design.
