Nucleotidyltransferase enzyme. Isol. from cow and baker’s yeast. Requires Mg2 and is highly specific for ATP. Rat enzyme activity is lost within a week at 48; at -208 in 1mM dithiothreitol, 20% glycerol, can be stored for one week without loss of activity.
