ABSTRACT

Invention, whether patentable or not, can be viewed as the product of a problem-solving process. Typically, an inventor recognizes a problem or need. The creative solution to the problem is his/her invention. However, regardless of how well the invention solves the problem or satis‹es the need, or how creative the invention is, for it to be a patentable invention, it must meet the requirements set forth in the patent laws.
