ABSTRACT
The third application of Lean’s fifth principle to seek perfection is to create processes with few or no defects rather than reducing the defects after installing the processes. You will not be able to eliminate all defects. However, you can further reduce the probability of defects occurring by applying what you have learned to improve processes to designing processes.
