ABSTRACT
In this monograph two theoretical disciplines are combined as part of the problem of motion of fast particles in crystalline solids, namely, non-equilibrium statistical mechanics and non-equilibrium statistical thermodynamics. These disciplines are connected by deep internal logic as their central problem – the theory of evolution of dynamic systems – is the same.
