ABSTRACT
At the present time the use of cleanroom facilities is widespread in a variety of industries. So diverse are the applications which include microelectronics, defence, food manufacturing, video tape, and compact disc production, in addition to pharmaceuticals and biotechnology processes, that it is often difficult to be specific about the term.
