A 4-year-old girl has developed wheeze and acute shortness of breath. She has mild eczema, and her brother needs an inhaler.
An 11-year-old boy who was diagnosed with cystic brosis as a neonate has increasing cough and dyspnoea. He has a temperature and is producing more sputum.
