ABSTRACT
An 89-year-old man attends the emergency department, referred by his GP. He has known prostate carcinoma and has previously been treated for bone metastasis. He has had some falls recently, and appears to have some lower limb weakness and urinary incontinence when examined by the GP. His observations are normal and he is pain-free.
