ABSTRACT

Format You will be given the scenario brief to read 2 minutes prior to starting at the station. Upon entering the station you will have a maximum of 5 minutes to write the

prescription on an FP10 (prescription form for use in community pharmacy). Then the examiner will have 4 minutes to ask you questions about your decisions and the prescription – in particular the indication, dose calculation, any contraindications or adverse reactions and specific issues relating to the medication. Remember, this station consists of two assessments. The examiner will award

a mark for your completed FP10 prescription, and then award a mark for your discussion.
