ABSTRACT
Cardiac sarcoidosis can present with arrhythmia, heart failure
or sudden death at any age. It is more frequent in younger
patients and can even present in adolescence. The heart can be
the sole site of involvement, and sudden death is common as a
result of cardiac involvement that can be unrecognized in life.
