ABSTRACT

Clinical features Onset may be acute or insidious. Signs and symptoms consist of fever, weight loss, rash, rhinitis, otitis, nasal congestion and discharge, cough, dyspnoea and haemoptysis. Other features include polyarthritis which may be migratory, episcleritis, conjunctivitis, proptosis and epistaxis. Coronary artery involvement may lead to MI and renovascular hypertension may be present.
