ABSTRACT
Lymphatic spread and distant metastases are unusual so surgery and radiotherapy to the primary site are the main treatments. Fifty per cent of tumours appear to arise in the maxilla with 25 per cent each in the nasal cavity and ethmoids. Primary tumours of the frontal or sphenoid sinus are very rare.
