ABSTRACT
A 64-year-old lady is on tamoxifen for her breast cancer. She is anxious about the information she has read in a women’s magazine about the risk of endometrial cancer. She has no vaginal bleeding. What is the appropriate next step? I No investigations are needed for women on tamoxifen with no bleeding.
