ABSTRACT
The highest ranked candidates will be given a job offer following completion of interviews for that speciality. Job offers will be made locally by individual deaneries, and you will be asked to decline or accept the offer within a set timeframe. The MMC Programme Board has agreed that applicants will have a minimum of 48 hours (excepting weekends and public holidays) to accept or decline the offer of a post. Following this period, posts which are left unfilled/declined can be re-offered to other candidates who are eligible, allowing deaneries to fill as many posts as possible. If posts still remain, these will be re-advertised for the next round of applications. Importantly, candidates can only accept one job offer and the offer for appointment is made under the condition that a post has not been accepted elsewhere.
