ABSTRACT
A 24-year-old woman has been brought to the emergency department by her friends after she developed breathing difficulties while playing football. She noticed some chest pain after a heavy tackle when she landed on her left side. The pain worsened over a few minutes, with associated increasing shortness of breath.
