ABSTRACT
Your first day in theatre may remind you of your first day at school. It is such an unfamiliar environment that it can seem quite daunting or even intimidating. Going to theatre can also be the highlight of your attachment, especially if you have been given the correct preparation before even setting foot in the operating room. It will help you to have some appreciation of the layout, to know who works where, and to have a little grasp of theatre ‘etiquette’.
